The Quest

Well eBay did it to me again!!!  I've been wanting "The Quest" and I saw an auction and had to jump on it!  I got it for 14.95!!!  That is what I pay for my angels!!!  I really would have kicked myself if I would have passed this one up!!! I don't usually do auctions I prefer the "Buy It Now" (I need my instant gratification).  The biggest reason that I wanted this figurine is my hubby is a ravenous reader he devours books like crazy and this figurine so reminded me of him....the figurine is sitting on a stack of books, has a book between his feet as he is reading a book.  This is SO him!

My youngest niece Sydney has graduated high school so I went to get her of course....a Willow Tree figurine and had to pick one up for me as well....I got her Surrounded by Love and Love of Learning for myself!   I saw Wisdom and I think that might just be my next purchase!!  Hope she likes Surrounded by Love as much as I do...she is my favorite!!

I purchased this angel along with the Angel of Miracles from eBay.  What a great place to get Willow Tree figurines I can sometimes them for a lot less than I could buying them locally.  Heck buy the time you add tax on you can pay upwards of $16.00,  I got these two angels for $12.60 a piece with free shipping!  Not a bad idea! I ordered the figurines on Thursday and they arrived on Monday!  Totally Awesome!

Angel of Miracles

Another purchase from eBay....I got her and Angel of  Harmony on Monday.  Of course they are beautiful!!  The  Angel of  Miracles is on banded knee, with a chick that has just hatched!  I love this one just for the simple fact she has a chick!  We have chickens out behind our dental office for patients to watch, so the baby chick is meaningful to me, since I'm the one that takes care of the chickens.

I've been shopping again!  I had a 30% off my purchase at Parable so I used it to get the Angel of Freedom!  Of course she is totally beautiful and she reminds me of the bible study I'm doing now it's called Breaking Free by Beth Moore. I really wanted to get the brother and sister figurine but they didn't have it.  I will get that one eventually.  I don't mind getting all of the angels I want first.  I am soooooo addicted!

This was another angel that I had gotten several years ago but she is so pretty!  She carries a long stem red rose.  I just love the colors next to the neutral background.  I have her displayed with Angel of the Heart and the tall Angel of the Heart.

Angel of the Kitchen

I just received my Angel of the Kitchen!!  She is beautiful!  I bought her off of eBay and had some trouble getting her to me I ordered her on May 28th and never did get it.  I contacted the seller and she was of NO help so I ended starting a case.  That got her to moving!!!  I got the angel within 2 days!  Why can't people do the right thing?

Angel of Christmas Spirit

The Angel of Christmas Spirit, was a gift from my hubby on Christmas, he always knows what to get me for all occasions!  He knows he can't go wrong with a gift of Willow Tree!  One size fits all!!!  She is a tall angel I think I have a few of the tall angels in my ever growing collection.  I know that I don't have too many Willow Trees because I still have an antique curved glass curio cabinet that I've only just begun to fill!!! (Once that is filled I will buy another curio cabinet!)

I got this figurine from my hubby for one of my anniversaries.  I LOVE this piece!  I hope Susan Lordi does more pieces with the husband/wife theme.  They are just beautiful!  I love the fact that this figurine comes in a cake topper!  I would have definitely used it for my wedding cake!

Kindness - Boy

I finally got the match to the Kindness (girl) figurine!  He is so sweet!  He reminds me of my 3yr old grandson Parker!  The two figurines look really great together one with a dog and one with a cat (of course the girl with the cat is my favorite since I just LOVE cats!).  Dogs are wonderful as well, I had two Scottish Terriers that I just adored.  We had to put the last one down two years ago, I sure miss Cody!! We talk about him all the time!
Anyway...I'm still waiting for my Angel of the Kitchen to arrive, I ordered it BEFORE I ordered Kindness.  I went back to look at the comments for the the ebayer who sold me the angel and I guess I should have read that FIRST many people were not satisfied with her slow shipping and her lack of communication!  Guess that won't happen again! No a good business practice!!!!
